Got-Cha Video Contest Rules and Regulations

1. Procedures

a. Persons wishing to enter may send home videos to “Got-Cha Video,” 158 Little Nine Dr., Morehead City, NC 28557, or submit a message to YouTube user name SeaStrikerInc. To submit via YouTube, you must upload your recorded video to YouTube using your own unique account. Once uploaded, send the video attached to a message to YouTube user SeaStrikerInc, found at http://www.youtube.com/user/SeaStrikerInc .

b. Submissions by mail or YouTube message must include entrants name, phone number, date of birth, shipping address, and video.

c. All submissions become the sole property of Sea Striker International and may be used in any manner, commercial or otherwise, in any and all media and or technologies now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe in perpetuity.

d. Entrant understands and agrees his/her video will receive exposure on YouTube.com and be subjected to comments and popularity rating from the public at large. Sea Striker International is not responsible in any manner for any critical or derogatory remarks posted by the public pertaining to an entrant or and entrant’s video.

e. Sea Striker International reserves the right to edit and/or alter any submission at Sea Striker’s sole discretion.

f. Sea Striker Internationals’ decisions regarding all contest matters are final and non-appealable.

2. Eligibility

a. Employees of Sea Striker International and its affiliated companies, as well as immediate family/same household members of any of the foregoing individuals are not eligible to win prizes.

b. Submitted video must contain clear evidence of the Got-Cha Lure as well as portray the lure in a positive appropriate manner as determined by Sea Striker International.

c. Any video that contains profanity, inappropriate, or non-family material is not eligible.

d. The contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C.

e. Entrant must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

f. Each submission must be solely the original work of Entrant/submitter.

g. Each Entrant represents that his/her submission does not infringe on any third party’s copyrighted material, trademark or other intellectual property rights, or privacy or publicity rights.

h. Sea Striker International reserves the right to at any time implement new eligibility criteria and/or modify existing eligibility criteria, including, without limitations, geographical and age restrictions.

i. By submitting an entry, each participant agrees to release, discharge, defend and hold harmless Sea Striker International, the originators and distributors of contest information and each of their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and each of their respective licensees, assigns, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from and against any claim, expense or liability arising from or related to submission, exhibition, or exploitation of the entry, participation in this contest (or any related sweepstakes), appearance on the program, or otherwise and/or acceptance or use or misuse of any prize.

2. Contest Judging

a. YouTube users will determine the overall winning video by applying thumbs up to the video.

b. Most thumbs up among eligible participants as defined in the “Got-Cha Video Contest Rules and Regulations” at the end of the contest wins.
Prizes
1. One overall winner will receive a prize package worth $500 in Sea Striker Merchandise. The prize package will ship UPS to the address the entrant provides.

2. Each entrant/participant will be eligible for one (1) participant prize; pack of Sea Striker Fast Snaps and Got-Cha Lures graphic decal, regardless of how many videos said entrant submits.

All submitted videos must meet the rules and regulations outlined in “Got-Cha Video Contest Rules and Regulations” to be eligible for prizes and participation.

Contest ends October 30th, 2012 at 11:59pm. Overall winner will be determined at that time.
